Do I have to pay all invoices using Kivra?

If you choose not to pay your invoices through Kivra, you can also pay them in other ways, e.g. via your internet bank. Mark it only as paid in Kivra, so you avoid double payments. It is still stored in your archive, like your other digital invoices.

What happens if I have set up e-invoicing or direct debit for a certain company?

If you have chosen e-invoicing or direct debit for a company that send their mailing through Kivra, those services will continue as usual. You may however, receive other mailings digitally from the same company, such as copies of direct debit or annual statements

When is the amount withdrawn?

If you have chosen to make the payment as soon as possible, your payments will be sent directly or the next banking day. If you have chosen a special date later, the invoice will be paid on that date.

How do I pay digital invoices in Kivra?

In Kivra, you receive digital invoices from the authorities and companies with which you have a relationship. With Kivra's payment service, you can easily pay your invoices without filling in OCR numbers. You just choose which date the invoice is to be paid and which bank account the money is to be withdrawn from. Then you sign the payment with Mobile BankID.

If you have already paid an invoice in another way, you can mark it as handled in Kivra. All invoices and bills are saved in your archive.

Tink is a third-party supplier licensed by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority to offer payment and account information services. We have chosen to work with Tink to offer our customers a secure service as possible.

The recipient is listed on your bank's account when you have paid the invoice via Kivra.
